Another Tuesday almost done…
Well, in a few hours I'll be making my way to Leesburg for caregroup. After that I'll come home and sleep–cause I gotta go to work tomorrow! Ahhhh! Oh well, at least it's payday week. Today has been a pretty cool day. Woke up fairly late, went with my mom and Jb to his doctor's appointment(I stayed in the car and listened to the Evangelism Seminar Tape) then my mom and I went to Denny's for lunch. After that I went to Giant to pick up some pop for tonight, dropped off my blockbuster movies(egads! late again!) and now I'm home relaxing. I still need to re listen to the seminar tape again, and print out the outline so I can follow along! I guess I better go do that. I'll write more later.

Monday Monday…. can't trust that day…
Ready? Ok! Heres the post for Monday! Or um.. the post on Monday, about the weekend…
Something I totally forgot to mention in ANY of my posts—my grandma and my dad's aunt came to visit! They ended up coming into town on Wednesday during the social event, and didn't leave until this morning at about 6am. I didn't really talk to them much–they were mainly in town for Melissa's graduation. Oh. that's right. In case you hadn't picked up on the subtle hints yet–Melissa graduated. Now all she has to do is take some national test and shes a full fledged RN. Yay for her. After work on Saturday I really didn't do much. I chilled around the house and talked to Rhema,(now that I think about it…when am I NOT talking to her? LOL!) Saturday was also the day when Melissa had her graduation party. I got home to food and relatives. I didn't even recognize my Uncle Dwayne. Aunt Doris still looks the small though, so that's good. I don't want my relatives changing too much on me! ahhh! Lets see? What else happened? Oh, Jb invited Jessica and Melissa invited Connie. Jb and Jessica were all wrapped up in each other for most of the night, but at least we all got to joke around about pimping out Jb. Then of course we all have to find out how Connie is doing in school–mm I finally got an actual massage! I'm telling you people. I need to scrap up some money and get her to spend some time with my back, neck, and shoulders! LOL. I am definitely going to recommend her to like, everyone I know. Um, what else happened? Joked around more about pimping people out, and then I got really tired and went to bed. My wittiness was all I had left! Once that was gone…. time to go recharge my batteries. Luckily for me… I recharged for a little while….and then talked on the phone to an undisclosed person until 5am. Yup. undisclosed person until 5am. That's all I'm saying about that. hehehe…
Sunday! Yay! I woke up early(well, technically late, but I only had 3 hours of sleep) picked up Daniel, and went to GCC. Yay for church! (that's my little sentence I'm going to use from now on to let you know that I had no motivation to give you the play by play of what happened at church) After church I had to take Daniel(or Gupta, as he is now called) to work, and Rhema, Mimi, and Sarah all decided to come with us! We had much fun dropping him off, and of course I try my hand at flirting with Rhema by not letting her back into the car when she got out to move to the front seat. I wonder how long she would have lasted on that street corner had I not come back for her? hehehehe I guess I'll never know. Anyways, we come back and I end up going to a picnic with them. Church sponsored event, so I'm in the clear! I had much fun a the picnic, talking and eating and hanging out. Eventually though, it got boring so we went bowling! Sarah couldn't come though 
But Kyra 'took' her place. I did not bowl my best, but I had a great time, and it was fun to watch Rhema attempt to bowl. Come on Rhema! I know one day you'll be able to break 60! 
After bowling I dropped her off at her house and her mom gave me some seltzer water to take back with me. Mmm I love seltzer water. I got home, watched Charmed, talked on the phone, went to sleep. That was pretty much my day. Mmm what a great day it was. Today is gonna be my chill day, and Tomorrow is Caregroup. I'm sure I'll be updating again soon. Muwahahahahahaha! (sorry, just felt like ending with an evil laugh)
Wow–What a week!
Ok, so this week has been very very interesting….I'm on a break from work, so this update will be a wee bit quick. I'll start with…
Tuesday–I spent the entire morning in the Prince William Hospital Emergency room. Remember how sick I was on Sunday? Well, it came back full force. I got really really sick, and wanted to make a visit with Dr. Kim. However, my mom thought it was best to send me to the ER. Darn her, LOL. You all know that they almost always put an IV in you, even if you don't need one. I hate needles. It's like, the only inanimate object I fear. They had to do all these ests to make sure it wasn't my heart acting up again. In the end…they think I have a virus, and just need to wait it out. But….I can take tylonol and ibprophen(interchangibly) every 4-8 hours to help with pain. Yay Me! At least I know that I've met my deductable on my health insurance…
Wednesday–Yay for Social Event day! Daniel and I met Rhema and Mimi a Dulles Town Center mall. It was mad fun(except at the beginning when Rhema was mad at me cause I played a really mean”you're going to meet Sabrina today” joke on her. We walked around the mall, went to borders, and saw the movie Vanity Fair. The movie was soo boring, but we were able to sit through it cause we were the only people in the theater and we were all making jokes about the movie the entire time. Daniel and I even saw an old woman's butt(in the movie people, IN the MOVIE!!) All in all it was an awesome day. I really enjoyed myself, even though there were times I was jealous of Daniel getting along so well with Rhema and Mimi. But hey–that's a good thing, right? Thank God I actually have friends who get along with each other. We're already planning for us to all get to gether again next Sunday after church, so we can watch movies in my room and Rhema and Mimi and see what Mosaic is all about. I haven't gone in a really long time, but it would be nice to show Rhema what I used to be really into, plus I think she'd really really enjoy it.
Thursday–Went to work… it was ok, but halfway through the day I felt really sick. I managed to get through work, and come home and veg until bedtime. Hmmm what else happened that was noteworthy…oh I got to watch the new season primere of Smallville! I recorded it on Wednesday cause I was out with Rhema, but today I finally got to watch it! Wow! And what an episode it was!
Friday–Ok, so I went to work for 3 hours, and came home cause I was so sick. Stupid virus, I can't seem to shake it! I ended up talking on the phone with Rhema all day(hey, I know it wasn't phone day, but I was mad sick, and she makes me feel better) and resting in bed. That was pretty much my day.
Well, time for me to get back to work. I hope the rest of my days goes well, and I'll probably update again when I come back, or at least on Monday, when I know for sure I have a 'free' day.
Finally! The update everyone's been waiting for!
Wow! Look at that! The Nickness is finally updating his LJ! Give me a round of applause! Or um….if clapping isn't your style, some money and an airplane would do nicely too.
Hmmm, where did I leave off? Oh yes, I was going downstairs to get some food without disturbing the sleeping ogre. Well, that all went fine and dandy…as did the couple of days after that. Obviously, I went to work. It was ok–as fun as work can be, you know? I was just really busy this past week–there was so much product for my tools, I even needed a helper to get me through the week! I'm telling you, Micron better start hiring some peoples. I guess the more recent thing that has happened in my life was what happened yesterday. Yesterday was Sunday, so of course I went to GCC for church. And guess what?!?!? Daniel went with me! How cool is that?!?! The only bad thing? For some reason (it could be the hot dog I ate before church for breakfast for some weird stomach flu bug thingy) I was sick for the entire service! And I mean like, really really sick. I wanted to throw up, I was tired, very very weak, the whole shi-bang. Daniel ended up driving me home, that's how bad I was. But.. he didn't drive me home before I got to chill with Rhema! Yay! Of course, all I heard was.. “Daniel is sooo cute! omig, Daniel is like, soooooo cute” But I'm willing to overlook all those comments. I know who she REALLY wants. hehehehe. Seriously though, that's not ALL she was talking about. Her and I also talked about a lot of different stuff *smile* and while we were talking, it seems like Daniel (who left us in the car to go get me some water) was being molested by like, everyone! Mr Conn, Mrs Conn, Mimi, and Sarah all went over and started talking to him. Turns out he made a really great impression on everyone, so much so that as soon as Mrs Conn and Rhema got home, Mrs Conn called Mimi's mom jokingly saying how she just met the guy Mimi was gonna marry. LOL. Well, Rhema and I do think Daniel and Mimi would make a great couple. Daniel (and maybe even Mimi) is even going to accompany Rhema and myself on our social event this Wednesday! Yay! We plan on hanging out at the mall, then watching a movie, then grabbing some dinner. Yay!
SIDENOTE–Mom just came in with the phone bill. I totaled everything up, I owe her $113.14. Adding a $25 car tax fee, I now owe her a total amount of 138.14. I'll be paying that to her in 2 weeks, when I get paid again. That's the week I pay her rent, so I'll really be paying her a total of $688.14. I'm so happy! I know it sounds weird, but since Rhema got her cell phone right after this bill, This will be the last phone bill I have to pay. Yay!
Anyways, back to the actual post! Once I got home yesterday–I still didn't feel any better. I ended up sleeping/not sleeping (you know how it is when you're sick) until 11pm! I went downstairs and told my mom how I was feeling, and she gave me some meds and tried to get me to sip some water….water which I couldn't even stomach! How weird is that? I got seriously scared–if I couldn't stomach water… I was freaking out thinking I was gonna die of dehydration. Luckily I went back upstairs(cause everyone decided to go to bed after that) and texted Rhema a couple of times. Just by texting her I was able to calm down and relax just enough to fall back asleep. But not before being able to eat a cracker..and keep it down! Oh yeah! hehehe. Anyways, I fell back asleep and I ended up waking up at 8:30am this morning. I took a shower, opened my windows, and now here I am, updating my LJ. That's pretty much all that's been going on. I'm sure I'll write more later. Hopefully it won't be another 4-5 days before I update again. If it is.. it means someone actually sent me an airplane, and I'm busy flying off to some tropical island somewhere having the time of my life….

Ok, now that that’s out of my system, heres the skinny on whats been going on in my life. Once again, because I’m so fond of lists, I’ll be updating in a sort of list-like format.
Sunday–I didn’t get back from Leesburg/Ashburn til like, 8:30pm. It was really cool. GCC’s 3rd anniversary service didn’t have a sermon, just lots of people standing up giving testimonies about how they first came to GCC. After that there was this cool powerpoint/dvd presentation of the church. I was able to get a copy(they were handing them out) I’ll see if theres a way I can post it on here. At the end of service I also signed up for their ‘new members’ class, which I was told by the Pastor is a great way to learn more about the doctrines and theology of the church without any pressure to actually become a member. But I have a strong feeling that I’m going to like what I hear/learn about, and that I’ll probably become a member of GCC. Its something I’ve been praying about, so we’ll see how it turns out.
Anyways, moving along….after church Rhema asked her parents if I could come over (her grandparents were going to be visiting) and in a surprise move by her dad, he actually said yes! How cool is that? I was very happy, to say the least. Once I got to her house I had a tuna sandwich and watched Lion King 1.5. It wasn’t the best movie ever, but it was time spent just chillin’ at the Conn house, so how can I complain? After that Her grandparents showed up and I got to meet them. They are really cool people, I hope I get to see them again some time in the future. Lets see….Sometime before I left we had pizza from Ledos and Rhema and I went and bought some pumpkins. Yup. Bought some pumpkins and talked. Talked about…stuff. Yup. Bought some pumpkins and talked about stuff. That was pretty much my day. After that I drove home, and called Rhema, where we talked some more. I then fell asleep, dreaming of pizza and pumpkins.
Monday–The day was.. very uneventful. It was supposed to be a Phone Day, but because Rhema and I talked Sunday night when we weren’t supposed to, we called it quits on the guidelines. Nah, just kidding. It just means that we didn’t talk on the phone on Monday. But all I have to say is…..Yay for text Messaging! LOL. Later in the evening I took my mom out to the Manassas Cinemas. We sat in the movie cafe and watched Without A Paddle. Wow, was it ever funny! Even my mom liked it, so that’s saying a lot.
Tuesday–In all honesty nothing noteworthy happened until about 5:30pm, when I left Manassas to drive up to Leesburg so I could go to Caregroup. I guess I should explain what the trip entails, seeing how I’ll be making it every other Tuesday. Well, I leave my house about 5:30pm, and drive to Rhema’s house in Leesburg. I eat dinner with them(usually some form of pizza) and then I usually drive Mrs Conn and Rhema to the Allan’s House (about 15 minutes away) for caregroup. Mr Conn leaves earlier cause he has to practice for worship. Theres no telling when caregroup will be over, I think it’s supposed to be over at 9:30, but most everyone stays way later than that. Ok.. what is the purpose of caregroup? We actually talked about that Last night! Lets see if I can remember the 4 points…. 1.Fellowship. 2.Progressive Sanctification 3.Mutual Care 4.Cultivation of Spiritual Gifts. Yup, I think that’s all of them. Basically, caregroup is a group of people that meat every other week (Tuesdays for me) who gather together for fellowship, learning the word, and caring about each other. It’s really, really cool! I have always believed that small groups(or caregroups, as GCC calls them) as a vital part of a church, and I am really excited to be in one. One thing to note though—my social skills need some serious work. I don’t know why, but I always feel VERY uncomfortable talking to people. I want to be comfortable talking to these people. They are all really cool and hello! It’s caregroup! Eventually I’m going to be expected to say something. So please pray for me concerning that. After caregroup I drove Mr Conn and Rhema home(Mrs Conn stayed to talk to people) and after I dropped them off, Rhema gave me some of her journals that she wrote about a year ago. I was really happy/excited that she trusts me enough to let me go through them and read them. After I got home I discovered my dad was still awake(big surprise, he felt sick and isn’t going to work today) so I went up to bed and went to sleep.
Wednesday(today)–Lets see, this will be a really short entry, cause I know I’ll probably write more later. Um, I woke up late, read some of Rhema’s journals(very interesting stuff!) got online, chatted with Rhema, chatted with Daniel(he might go with me to GCC on Sunday) and now I am updating my LJ. I’m going to end it now though, and force myself to throw on some clothes and grab some food from downstairs, hopefully without disturbing the sleeping ogre. Everyone wish me luck!!

I'm about to leave to go to GCC. It's their 3rd Anniversary service, which should be really cool and interesting. I'll post a synopsis(along with any notes I take) later when I get back.
Clowns and Friday night.
To me, clowns aren't funny. In fact, they're kind of scary. I've wondered where this started and I think it goes back to the time I went to the circus, and a clown killed my dad.
Ok, so we all know that's a lie. Heck, knowing me, I wouldn't be afraid of the clown, I'd probably run right up and shake his hand, maybe offer him some money, or my car to use as a getaway. Yes, I know I'm weird. And I really don't have any bad thoughts/feeling towards my dad, I guess comments like those are a force of habit.
It's been a little while since I did any major posting, so I thought I'd try to shake things up a bit.
**LONG PAUSE**
Ok, so my attempts at 'shaking things up' aren't working very well, and it's hard for me to concentrate with Stargate: Atlantis still on TV. I wonder what everyone is up to this evening? You all should post me a comment and tell me how your Friday night is going. We can make it a sort of… livejournal tradition.
I'll start things off. Work has been going really really well this week(and I've decided to request off next Wednesday) So far this work week I've……gone to work. come home, taken a shower, and spent loads and loads of time on the phone. Good thing I have Cingular. The signal might not be the best, but the calls are freee! Yay.
I'm gonna end this thing now. But before I go….

Well, I haven’t updated since Saturday, so I might as well fill you all in on what I’ve been up to.
I’ll do it list style, cause lets face it–it’s quicker and easier and right now I’m not really in an updating ‘mood’. So here it goes–
Sunday- Well, yay for church! I went to GCC again, it was totally awesome. And, It was also communion Sunday, which was cool, I haven’t had communion in a LONG time. After church I went home and had fun at my mom’s mini-birthday party. For all of you who were wondering what I got her, my brother and I split the bill 50/50 and got her the first season of the original Star Trek tv series. She was really excited. After that I talked on the phone for a LONG time, and then went to bed.
Monday- I went to Leesburg and was able to go to Roy Rogers with Rhema on her lunch break. It was much fun–yay for chicken sandwiches! After that I went to the Labor Day picnic at GCC for a couple hours (I pretty much didn’t do anything but listen to music, but I was able to talk to a few people–yay for me kinda trying to not be anti-social!) After that I went home and did nothing til it was time for bed. Much sleep insued after that.
Tuesday- Well, in all honesty I’ve really done nothing today. Well, nothing really productive. I watched a movie (Starsky and Hutch–due back tomorrow by noon!) and went to the basement and dug out my old Super Nintendo Entertainment System (otherwise known as the SNES) I haven’t played any games on it yet, but hey, I don’t think it’s going anywhere any time soon. Lets see, what else did I do? Well, I was able to talk to Rhema again (even though it’s not a phone day, she was stuck in a Sterling Starbucks all day because of a public transportation mishap, and what can I say? I’m great entertainment! hehehehe)
Um.. thats about it. Yup–I’m back to not really doing much on my days off, LOL. Well, theres still tomorrow, so maybe something cool will turn up. I don’t know. Maybe I can watch the mexican as he mows my lawn or um, read a book or something. LOL. I know I’ll probably end up just sleeping in, listening to music, and staring at my computer for the entire day. But hey–I can dream, right?

Well, work went by.. now I have 4 days off! Yay! It was really weird–during the second half of work I was really tired, and then, when I had 30 minutes left of work, I suddenly got the urge to work work work! Like, I was hell on wheels(except no wheels, and a lot less fire)
After work I got home, and in the middle of eating dinner, totally remembered my Mom’s birthday is tomorrow and I still had to get her something! Ahhh! Whats a guy to do? Well, I got my brother to go with me, and we went to Target and got her a nice present. I’ll tell you all what it is tomorrow (just incase she happens to read this)
Now I’m back home, and Jb and I are going to play Megaman until it’s time for Rhema and I to have our ‘Saturday’ phone conversation.
Yay tomorrow is Sunday! Ok, so heres my plans for my days off—
Sunday–church, then picking up a birthday cake for my mom, then going out to a birthday lunch for my Mom at Olive Garden.
Monday–Going to Leesburg to see Rhema on her Lunch break.
Tuesday–no plans
Wednesday– no plans

Break Time!
As you can see, it’s not even 11am yet. Yup–I decided to come home on my first break. Not that work is going badly or anything, I just got really hungry and thought “Hey! I have leftover pizza in the refrigerator!” So of course that’s what I ate for breakfast.
All in all today has been a pretty cool day so far (then again, I’ve only been working for not even 4 hours, LOL!) The system was down for a little while, so I used that time to plan my shift and then call Rhema at home. Oh yes, that reminds me. I must tell you all the guidelines. Rhema and I talked about it last night, and we decided that we really need to get back to following them(since she got a cell phone they kinda went out the window) So, without further adieu, here are (dun dun dun!) The Guidelines!!
1. Only one social event every other week
2. Church does not count as a social event
3. We can only talk on the phone on Monday, Thursday, and Saturday.
3a. Monday we can talk for 2.5 hours
3b. Thursday and Saturday we can talk for 2 hours
3c. Calling each other in the morning/when we wake up at night does not count because of how short the call is
4. We can not talk/chat past midnight (cause that is bedtime!)
5. There are no time restrictions for instant message, other than the cutoff time(midnight)
Ok, so I think that’s all of them. If I remember anymore, I’ll be sure to edit the post and keep you all up to date.

My 'nightly' post
Well, I'm finally home from work. Today has been a really awesome day. Work went really well, and from the looks of things, tomorrow is going to be a really great day at work as well. That makes me happy. So now I'm home. I just put in my laundry, and ordered some pizza from pizza hut online. I think I'm all set for my evening. The only bad thing that happened today was my laundry situation. At the last minute before work I discovered I had run out of underwear–I searched the bottom of my dresser and found one old pair of whitie tighties. I think they were my dad's, cause they were definitely not mine. At least they were clean. But wow–today reminded me why I wear boxer-briefs. This particular pair of underwear was very….. white and very tight(I guess it at least lived up to it's name, LOL) Not the most comfortable thing. So yeah–lesson learned: always make sure you don't run out of your favorite type of underwear. I had to learn the hard way–don't make the same mistake as me.
Ok, I'm sure you all really wanted to hear about my underwear situation, huh? Yup, that's how interesting my life is. At least I have pizza on the way, and brand new episodes of Stargate: SG1 and Stargate: Atlantis come on tonight. Ack–never mind the new episode of SG1 or Atlantis–turns out the new episodes are NEXT week.
Oh well. Anyways, if I'm really lucky, I'll get to 'illegally' call Rhema before I go to bed. I say 'illegally' cause we have these guidelines of when we can talk/see/chat with each other, and tonight is not a phone night. How sad is that? Meh, I'll post the guidelines for you all later.
Well, I need to go take a shower. I'm sure I'll write more later.
