A productive day off

So heres whats happened in a nutshell:

My mom and I ran some errands. I took her out to eat and bought her some stuff at FCS.

We then went to Sears where I bought my first Washer and Dryer. Thats right people, I can now do laundry in my own place, without spying on my parents and doing laundry at their house when my dad is working.

I also got some stuff at Costco…and *sigh* held the Rebel XT for the first time. I seriously want it. I started talking to another customer who was looking at cameras too. When I mentioned that was the one I wanted, he gave me this snotty crinkled nose look and said “thats a serious camera” as if I didn't know that. Then he went back to looking at some 50$ piece of junk. My mom is already joking that for my birthday, shes buying me a disposable camera from walmart. LOL. I politely informed her that I knew the location of every assisted living facility in the nova area. We'll see how things turn out.
As for now, I'm about to take a shower and get ready with my date with Mary. No flowers this time(shocking I know, but I just sent her 2 dozen this past Tuesday) But I did get a pretty cool Bible for her to check out. We're going to Olive Garden and then bowling. Hehehe. Another chance for me to practice bowling right-handed. I wonder if I've gotten any better at it? We'll soon find out.
