Sunday weekend randomness

Some random comments on how my weekend is going:

I found out that because I haven't worked at FCS for an entire year, I'm only entitled to part of my 5% raise. When all the math is said and done, I'm left with a raise of roughly 32cents. Yes, I think it sucks too.

Yesterday at work was the busiest it's ever been since the Christmas season ended. And there were only 2 people working. One of them was me.

My washer and dryer is hooked up and ready to go! Sears wasn't supposed to be here until 2pm-4pm, but they were running really early(which I thought they would be) so they left about 30 minutes ago. I still need to go out and buy washing detergent and some dryer sheets before I can put them to use.

My mom and sister left right after the Sears people. They came over to help me put up some posters, pictures, swords, flags on my walls, so that my apartment looked more lived in. I'm not completely finished, but it's an awesome start.

None of my friends are returning my phone calls. I think this is partly because it's Nilsa's birthday today(I found out early this morning right before church was supposed to start) and they're all probably out to lunch or something.

The guest room is all set up for the guy I'm 'housing' for a few days for Jeremy's wedding. Ofcourse, theres a huge Chicago poster in the room–hopefully he isn't offended by it.

I'm going to order pizza from Vocelli's and relax and have some movie time with my couch for the rest of the day. I go back to work tomorrow at 1pm. *sigh* Maybe I'll wait til tomorrow morning to buy the detergent and dryer sheets…
