sick and tired of being sick and tired

I was sick last night and ended up falling asleep by the toilet at 9:30pm.

Not warning, no nothing. I wasn't even drinking either.

To top it all off, I have a close friend who I haven't heard from all weekend, and I have no idea if shes even ok.
